CBSE gives one more chance to correct JEE Main application form

According to a notice issued by CBSE, JEE Main 2013 applicants are given with one more opportunity to edit the application form. The facility to edit will be re-enabled from 08 February to 14 February 2013. All the registered candidates for the said examination are advised to visit the website and verify their particulars. The change of city for examination and change of mode from computer based to pen & paper based is not allowed.

The correction slip generated after corrections with the bank draft of additional amount (if applicable) and copy of earlier confirmation page is to be sent to JEE unit on the address mentioned below so as to reach latest by 18.02.2013.

KLUEEE 2013 Exam Dates

KL University (KLU) has announced the exam dates for KL University Engineering Entrance Examination (KLUEEE 2013) which will be conducted in May 2013. The KLUEEE entrance exam will be held on Saturday, May 04, 2013.

KLUEEE is an entrance exam conducted for taking admission to Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) programs for the commencing session 2013-14.

Eligibility Criteria for KLUEEE 2013

• For B.Tech Program:
  • Candidates pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with 60% and above are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) are eligible for all B.Tech programs including Bio-Technology.
  • Candidates with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) are eligible for B.Tech (Bio Technology) course only.
• For M.Tech Program:
  • Candidates holding B.Tech with 50% marks in the corresponding discipline of Engineering/Technology are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates holding M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering program, any M.Sc, or B.Tech in any branch of Engineering are eligible.
  • Candidates holding M.Tech in Bio-Technology, a pass with 50% marks in B.E/B.Tech (Chemical Engineering Leather Technology/Bio-Tech/Industrial Bio-Tech/Bio-Chemical Engineering Bio-Informatics) or B.Pharm or M.Sc (Agi)/M.V.Sc/M.Sc in any branch of Life Sciences are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates should have secured a rank in GATE/PGCET/KL University entrance examination and interview.

• Apply Online: Candidates must fill and submit the application form online and pay the application fee of Rs.900/- online through credit/debit card or net banking.

TANCET 2013 Exam Dates

Anna University has announced the exam dates for Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET 2013), which will be held in April 2013. • Application form is common for all the three entrance tests. Candidates have to submit only one application.
• The candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/SCA/ST candidatesbelonging to Tamil Nadu on production of a copy of Permanent Community Certificate in card format) as entrance test fee for any one of the programs either MBA/MCA/M.E/M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Plan.
