Applications are invited by Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry and Allied Sciences (RINPAS), Ranchi for admission to Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Clinical Physiology, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Psychiatric Social Work, Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Clinical Psychology, Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Psychiatric Social Work and Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing for the commencing session 2013.
Eligibility Criteria for RINPAS, Ranchi:
- For Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology: Candidates holding a diploma / M. Phil in Medical and Social Psychology or Clinical Psychology (2 years) are eligible to apply.
- For Ph.D. in Psychiatric Social Work: M. A. Social Work or M.S.W. of a recognized university with minimum 60% marks, or DPSW/M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work.
- For M.Phil in Clinical Psychology: M.A. in Psychology of a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate.
- For M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work: M.A. Social Work/Sociology of a recognized university with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate.
- For Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing: ‘A’ Grade Certificate or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery.

- Completed application form should reach on or before 2nd March 2013 to the Director, Ranchi Institute of Neuro-Psychiatry & Allied Sciences (RINPAS), Kanke, Ranchi – 834006 along with a nonrefundable demand draft of Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- only in case of ST/SC candidates) drawn in favor of the Director, RINPAS.
