IIIT Hyderabad Invites Applications for M.Tech Programs

Applications are invited by International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-H), Hyderabad for admission to Master of Technology (M.Tech) programs for the academic year 2013-14.

Eligibility Criteria for IIIT, Hyderabad

Candidates who have completed (or going to complete by July 2013) B.E/B.Tech in Engineering (any branch including CS/IT/ECE/EEE/Civil/Instrumentation/Biotechnology) or B.Arch. or master's degree in Science/Maths/IT/Computer Science or MCA are eligible to apply.

How to Apply for IIIT, Hyderabad

• All applications should be submitted through online in PGEE portal.
• To submit the application, a candidate has to complete two registration forms: Pre-Registration Form and Main Registration Form.
  • For filling of Pre-Registration Form: Click here (online payment is recommended).
    • After filling the Pre-Registration form, the candidate receives an e-mail which contains the link and identification code. The link should be opened in a browser by supplying the identification code to fill in the Main Registration form.
    • Demand draft in favor of IIIT Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad for appropriate amount should be drawn. A candidate must write application number (received in the confirmation mail) along with the name, email id on the reverse side of the demand draft and send the same to the Chairman, PG Admissions, IIIT, Gachibowli, Hyderabad-500032, Andhra Pradesh.
  • Filling of Main Registration Form:  The main registration form can only be filled by opening the link received through the e-mail, after filling in the preceding pre-registration form.

Selection procedure for IIIT, Hyderabad

Admission to postgraduate programs will be based on the performance in the Postgraduate Entrance Examination (PGEE 2013) and an interview to be held at IIIT Hyderabad.

• Date of opening PGEE portal: Friday, February 01, 2013.
• Last date for the submission of applications through the PGEE portal: Friday, March 22, 2013.
• Last date for the receipt of application fee (DD) at IIIT Hyderabad: Sunday, March 24, 2013.
• Date of PGEE exam: Sunday, April 21, 2013.
