SKUAST-Jammu Invites Applications for MBA in Agri-Business Management Program

Applications are invited by Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu (SKUAST-Jammu), Srinagar for admission to two year Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Agri-Business Management for the academic session 2012-13.

Eligibility Criteria for SKUAST-Jammu, Srinagar

Graduate candidates from any recognized university with 50% marks are eligible to apply.

How to Apply for SKUAST-Jammu, Srinagar

• Online applications as per the prescribed format available on the website www.skuast.org or www.skuastjadmission.org are invited from the eligible candidates for admission to MBA (Agri-Business Management) of the university.
• After completion of online registration, the print out of online application along with relevant documents, accompanied with a demand draft amounting to Rs.2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) non-refundable drawn in favor of Comptroller SKUAST-Jammu must reach to Registrar SKUAST-Jammu, Main Campus, Chatha, Jammu through registered/speed post on or before January 15, 2013.

Selection procedure for SKUAST-Jammu, Srinagar

Selection for admission to MBA (Agri-Business Management) course shall be made on the basis of merit in the following components:

• Merit in the qualifying examination i.e bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates shall be called for group discussion, personal interview and other testing parameters for different categories.
• The final merit list will be prepared based on the following selection parameters:
  • CAT/CMAT/MAT scores of 2001 or 2012
  • Diversity factor
  • Group discussion
  • Extempore/Micro presentation
  • Personal interview
  • Academic record (on pro rata basis) (Graduation, 12^th, 10^th)
