RET 2013 Exam Dates

Visva Bharati, Birbhum has announced the exam dates for Research Eligibility Test (RET 2013) exam which will be conducted in the month of February 2013. The RET entrance exam will be held on Monday, February 11, 2013.

RET is an entrance exam conducted for admission to Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program in for the following departments of Bhasha-Bhavana for the commencing session 2013.

Eligibility Criteria for RET 2013

55% marks at the PG level for general/OBC candidates and 50% marks reserved category (SC/ST/PH candidates).

Paper Pattern for RET2013

The examination consists of two papers total of 150 marks

• General Research Eligibility Test - 50 marks
• Subject Research Eligibility Test - 100 marks

Duration of the exam will be two and half an hour (General paper 1/2 an hour; subject paper 2 hours).
