Mewar University Invites Applications for UG and PG Programs

Applications are invited by Mewar University (MU), Rajasthan for admission to UG and Integrated Dual degree programs in various specializations for the commencing session 2013.

Eligibility Criteria for MU, Rajasthan

• For B.Tech, B.Tech-M.Tech Integrated and B.Tech-MBA Integrated: The minimum marks required for admission in B.Tech courses will be 50% or equivalent grade with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) in class XII for general and OBC candidates and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/physically handicapped (PH) candidates.
• For BBA-LL.B Integrated and BA-LL.B Integrated Program: For these courses the minimum marks required for admission will be 50% or equivalent grade for general and OBC candidates and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/PH candidates in any stream in class XII.
• For BBA-MBA Integrated and BCA-MCA Integrated Program: For these courses, the minimum marks required for admission will be 50% or equivalent grade for general and OBC candidates and 45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/PH candidates in any stream having Mathematics as one subject in Class XII.
• Those appearing in class XII or equivalent examination may appear in MUEE; however, their admission will be subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

How to Apply for MU, Rajasthan

• Candidates can obtain the application form from the designated centres or university campus at Chittorgarh, Rajasthan or camp office (Mewar Institute,Sector - 4-C, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad - 201 012) at a cost of Rs. 100/-.
• The candidates may also get the application forms by post by sending their request in this regard along with a demand draft of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of Mewar University payable at Chittorgarh, to the Assistant Director (Admissions), Mewar University,Gangrar, Distt. Chittorgarh, (Rajasthan) - 312901 latest by 15th March, 2013.

Selection procedure for MU, Rajasthan

Selection of candidates is done based on Mewar University Entrance Examination (MUEE-2013) entrance exam conducted by the Mewar University.
