BANGALORE: Mid-sized IT services firm Sonata Softwars
said it has entered into a partnership with TIBCO Software, an
infrastructure software services provider, to distribute TIBCO's
software licenses in India, apart from its own technology integration
services.
California based TIBCO mainly provides infrastructure softwares such as Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Business Process Management (BPM) and private cloud etc to enterprises level clients. TIBCO's clients in the US include Yahoo, Oracle, Major League Baseball etc.
"We are committed to TIBCO's success as they implement their business expansion strategy and expand their client portfolio" said Srikar Reddy, Managing Director and CEO of Bangalore based Sonata Software.
"We can see huge traction from our global client base as they are looking at integrating different business processes to create seamless and efficient enterprises. Sonata's proven capabilities in BPM and EAI will help enterprises leverage the power of TIBCO's feature rich solutions and drive more meaningful business outcomes", he added.
Last week, Bangalore based Sonata had reported its second quarter earnings. The company said its revenues were at Rs 378 crore compared to Rs 253 crore in corresponding period last year. It's profits stood at Rs 8.18 crore compared to Rs 6.25 crore. On Thursday, Sonata shares closed at Rs 25.85, down by 5 per cent.
