College of Engineering Trivandrum Invites Applications for MBA Program

Applications are invited by College of Engineering, Trivandrum for admission to two year full time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program offered at Department of Business Administration for the commencing session 2013-15.

Eligibility Criteria for College of Engineering, Trivandrum:

• Candidates seeking admission to MBA program shall be Indian nationals and are required to have bachelor's degree from the University of Kerala or any other examinations recognized as equivalent, with marks  50% in aggregate for Part III (for B.A, B.Sc and B.Com) and 50% in aggregate (for all other degrees).
• Those who have obtained 50% in master's degree are also eligible. In the case of SC/ST candidates a pass in qualifying examination is sufficient.

Selection procedure for College of Engineering, Trivandrum:

• The admission is based on the eligibility prescribed by the University of Kerala and the Government of Kerala. Accordingly, a candidate applying for admission to this MBA program should have a valid CMAT score (Valid score obtained by the candidate in the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education).
• Short listed candidates will be called for an interview and group discussion. The admission score is calculated based on CMAT score, group discussion and personal interview. The weightages are as follows:
  • Valid CMAT score - 80%
  • Performance in GD - 10%
  • Performance in interview - 10%
