While the registrations for XAT 2013 commenced from August 20, 2012,
there were no intentions of extending the registration dates earlier.
However, since there has been a surge in the registrations, the
institute has planned to give the applicants added time to register for
the exam. Extension of registration dates has been done to avoid any
hassles in the process during the weekend.
Aspirants can register for the exam on the official website of XAT
2013. Once you fill in the required details, your XAT ID and password
will be generated. The registration fee is set at Rs 900, which can be
paid through one of the four modes of payment -DD, cash, credit/debit
card and net banking.
The admit cards for XAT 2013 will be available for download from Tuesday, December 18, 2012.
About XAT exam:
Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is conducted by Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur for
admission to post graduate management programs in various institutes
across the country. XAT is conducted at the national level in more than
30 cities in India and also at four international test centers.
Admission to the management courses offered at over 60 institutes in the
country is based on the candidates’ XAT scores. XAT evaluates students
on Aptitude, English Knowledge and Essay Writing.
