 Note :- Application form can be obtained (1) From the University office (2) Can be downloaded from the website and submitted along with a DD of Rs 3000/- (3) If required by post / courier by sending to the University office a Demand Draft of Rs. 1100/- (PGM & PGD), Rs. 600/- (PGP) (Application form + postage charges Rs.100). Demand Draft to be drawn on any Bank, in the name of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences University, payable at Karad.

The candidates who are presently doing internship and completing before the end of March are also Eligible to appear for Entrance Test – 2013 (PGM-AIET 2013, PGD AIET 2013 & PGP AIET 2013)
