Eligibility Criteria for AIPGMET 2013
- The candidate must be an Indian national.
- The candidate must have passed M.B.B.S examination from a recognized medical college and should have obtained final registration either from the Medical Council of India, New Delhi or Maharashtra Medical Council or concerned State Medical Council after completion of one year rotating internship training.

Application Procedure for AIPGMET 2013
- A candidate desirous of appearing for All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test of this university will be required to submit application in the prescribed form along with attested copies of the documents in support of application.
- The entrance test fee is Rs 2000/-. The fee is payable by demand draft drawn in favour of "Registrar, D.Y. Patil Education Society Deemed University" drawn on a nationalized/schedule bank, payable at Kolhapur. The candidate should write his/her name and address on the reverse side of the demand draft.
- The last date for receipt of completed application form along with requisite documents and entrance test fee at the university office is upto 5 PM on January 25, 2013 (with late fee of Rs. 1000 /- upto February 2, 2013).

Paper Pattern for AIPGMET 2013
- The AIPGMET- 2013 will be of three and half hours duration containing 300 multiple choice questions (MCQs).
- Questions will be of single best response objective type with four answer options.
- Each correct answer will be awarded one mark. There shall be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
- The examination will be conducted in English.
- The entrance test shall be of the standard of M.B.B.S. examination and shall cover all the subjects of the M.B.B.S. course. The subject- wise distribution of MCQs will be as follows.
