CMAT Additional Test 2013 Exam Dates

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has announced the exam dates for an additional online all India Common Management Admission Test (CMAT 2013),which will be held in May 2013. The computer based CMAT additional exam will be held fromSunday, May 19, 2013 to Wednesday, May 22, 2013.

CMAT is an entrance exam which is conducted by AICTE for taking admission to management programs offered at the AICTE approved institutes across the country for the academic session 2013. The test will be held in order to facilitate those candidates who could not appear in the earlier CMAT. The candidates can make maximum two attempts for the academic year 2013-2014 and better of two scores will be used for admission.

Eligibility Criteria for CMAT Additional Exam 2013

• Graduates in any discipline or final year students of graduate courses can apply for CMAT online.
• The candidates, who have already appeared in both the CMAT held in September 2012 and February, 2013 will not be allowed to appear in this test.

Registration Procedure for CMAT Additional Exam 2013

• Candidates can register online from March 10, 2013 to April 10, 2013 on website www.aicte-cmat.in
• Candidates will have choice of 3 cities for online examination in the order of preference.
• Allotment will be based on first come first served. Actual allotment however will be subject to availability of the slots in a particular city.

Admission Process forCMAT Additional Exam 2013

• The detailed merit list will be provided to the respective State Governments for allotting the students through central counseling or otherwise as per their notified admission procedure.
• In case there is no central counseling Scores awarded will be used for admission in the AICTE approved Institutes/University Departments.
