Yenepoya University Invites Applications for B.P.T/B.Sc and P.B.Sc in Nursing Programs

Applications are invited by Yenepoya University, Mangalore for admission to four and half years Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.P.T) offered atYenepoya Physiotherapy College, Deralakatte, Mangalore, four years Basic Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) and two years Post Basic Bachelor of Science (P.B.Sc) in Nursing programs offered atYenepoya Nursing College, Deralakatte, Mangalore for the academic year 2013-14.

Eligibility Criteria for Yenepoya University

• For B.P.T Program: Candidates must have passed PUC (10+2) or any other equivalent course recognised by the board/university with 40% of marks in the aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Biology & 35% in respect SC/ST candidates.
  • Candidates must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission on or before 31st December 2013.
• For B.Sc in Nursing Program: Candidates must have passed PUC (10+2) & any other equivalent examination recognized by the board/university with 45% of marks in the aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English & 40% in case of SC/ST candidates of Karnataka.
  • Candidates must have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission on or before 31st December 2013.
• For P.B.Sc in Nursing Program: Candidates must have passed in GNM and should have registered as a Nurse and below 48 years of age as on 31.12.2013.

How to Apply for Yenepoya University

• Application forms can also be obtained from the office by payment of Rs.200/- by cash or by sending a D.D. for Rs.200/- drawn in favour of Yenepoya University and payable at Mangalore.
• Duly filled in applications should reach the undersigned on or before the last date prescribed.

Selection Procedure for Yenepoya University

Selection of candidates will be made as per the norms and rules laid down by the Competent Authorities.
