Job Description:
- Candidates must be excellent command over vocabulary, pronunciation and English fluency.
- Candidates must have knowledge in operating systems, windows 2000/NT/XP configuration option and troubleshooting.
- Candidates must be flexible to work in any shifts.
- Candidates must be proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, dial-up, token ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
- Candidates must have sound knowledge in computer skills required for initial call handling.
